How do I get access to Neighborhood Navigators?
Your campaign or committee organizer invites you, or you can request access in the app by choosing your committee (or entering a join code) on the sign-in screen. Once an organizer approves you, sign in and your assigned work appears on the Today tab.
I'm signed in but I don't see any tasks. What now?
Assignments come from your organizer. If Today is empty, check back later or pull down to refresh. When new work is assigned you'll get a push notification (if you allowed notifications) — tapping it opens the task.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Neighborhood Navigators is offline-first. Knocks, calls, texts, and signatures you capture with no signal are saved in an encrypted database on your device and sync automatically the moment you're back online. You can watch sync status on the Me tab.
Is my location tracked?
Only if you turn it on. The GPS breadcrumb is off by default and requires two opt-ins: your committee enables it, and you switch it on under Me → Share GPS with canvass results. Location is sampled only while you're in an active canvass session — never in the background — and you can turn it off any time.
My entry didn't save when I tapped “Next.”
In a canvass or phone bank task, use Save & go to next door / Save & next call to record your work and move on. The Next button in the bottom-right advances the wizard step (to Submit) rather than saving the current door or call.
How do I switch committees or sign out?
Go to the Me tab and tap Switch committee or Sign out.
How do I review a training I've finished?
Go to Me → Trainings to reopen and review any course, including completed ones.
What devices are supported?
Neighborhood Navigators runs on iPhone and Android phones.
How do I contact support?
Open the app, go to the Me tab, and tap Contact support. Reaching us from inside the app lets us see your committee and account so we can help faster. See the section above for details.
